Welcome to the much anticipated Shipley Park NDCXL 2024!

Pre-entry on-line only via BC website; but entries on the day are now possible but pre-entry is cheaper and helps the organisers! First come first served on the day.

League Participation: All entries will be automatically entered into the League, no separate League affiliation is not required.

Attendance Rules: Attendance at the event is subject to all riders and supporters following British Cycling and NDCXL Regulations.
All Riders, Spectators and Families are expected to have read and abide by the code of conduct. Details of all of these are found or linked from here: https://www.ndcxl.org.uk/code-of-conduct/

Race Day Regulations: All entrants will be sent Race Day Regulations by the Event Organiser before the event date.

Race Day Schedule: We are planning to run a full race day schedule but please note that, race regulations and schedules are subject to change at any point up to and including on the day. Any changes will of course be communicated to riders. The planned schedule can be found here: https://www.ndcxl.org.uk/participate-2/

Race Licence: Riders without a BC race license will need to pay a £3 on the day license fee (this applies to Junior and above without Race membership of BC)

National Ranking Points: Riders must hold a full British cycling race license to be eligible for national ranking points from this event.

We are still short of help across all areas of the event.
At the moment it would not be viable to host the event.
Please support us where ever you can!
On Saturday 14th Sept ICC host the first round of the Notts Derby Cyclocross League at Shipley Park.
This is our flagship event , attracting over 300 riders with an age range from 4 – 70yrs and usually sees around 1000 people attending the event overall.
As you can imagine this takes a lot of organising, both before the event and on race day itself.
Over the last few years we have struggled for numbers of volunteers to make this event happen.
If you have any spare time , even if its for a few hours, we really do need your support .
Many thanks to those who have already offered their support.
Those that can be there all day for us will be fed and watered.
No previous skills required. You will be fully briefed and coached throughout the day.
It’s a fantastic day and a chance to see a side of the club that you may not usually see. A really friendly event and a chance to support
Our fantastic academy riders and the senior riders as they put their skills on the line for ICC whether that be for fun or a real competitive effort.
We will be catered for on the day with “The Real Belgian Fries Van” and “The Daily Grind Coffee Van”
